Monster Picture Update

Hi everyone. We’ll be back to more regular blogs now. Here are some long-awaited pictures. Many of them. Enjoy!

Before we left South Bend for Chicago we went to the beach after church.  It was fun.  The visiting Bangas seemed to enjoy themselves.

We left Chicago and spent a lot of time in the van.  It went pretty smoothly, considering we were largely in and around Chicago. We made it home from Wendy’s parent’s house in two and a half hours – a trip that has taken us more than five hours in the past. wOOt.

The fist place we went with the visiting Bangas was the Shedd Aquarium.  It was monster fun, including a dolphin show, Komodo Dragons, and even Beluga whales!

The next day we went to Six-Flags, what terrific fun!  Some highlights:

In order of appearance:  Aaron, David and Andy on the swings, the V2 rollercoaster we went on, the Jester that Aaron and Andy went on, and one of the water park rides that Andy, Wendy ad Aaron went on (I wasn’t so into the water park).  The V2 was bloody fast and super fun.  But a day at the park is very tiring.

 It was a great visit with my brother and his family.  Hope to see you guys again soon.
