SNOW!!! finally!

That’s right, you heard it!  We finally have some snow.  It’s January for Pete’s sake and now is really the first decent snow we’ve had.  We had a bit back in early December I think it was, but that was more or less pretend snow.  So now there has been some serious sledding and about time.  All snow industries (skiing etc) around here have been seriously worried about bankruptcy because it’s been so stinking warm.  On the other hand, it’s supposed to rain tomorrow.  Sigh.  Well we had a bit of fun in the white stuff.  Here are photos to prove it.

Also, lately David has been doing a lot of cooking.  He decided to make something with saffron and white wine.  I just thought it looked really nice soaking.  It went on salmon if I recall.
