nothing at all happening

A dude is supposed to come this morning to inspect our house on 30th street for termites, that’s as exciting as it gets here. Wendy is at work, I’m at home to let the termite guy in and keep packing, excitement plus. Also waiting to hear from our real estate agent, she’s back in town this morning and I expect to hear something from her.

Yesterday the guy who did our home inspection came back to pick up the radon test thingie.  I wasn’t here, but Wendy was and he was pretty positive, apparently.  He basically told her that the radon test was fine, but wouldn’t give specifics about the home inspection otherwise.  He did say the couple went through the house with him on the home inspection, and they didn’t seem overly worried about anything at all.  That’s what we know now.
