Christmas 2009

Well, yes, I know it has been 5, almost 6 months since we last wrote anything and you’ve probably stopped checking.  I thought maybe I should do some updating of photos, however, since the grands would like some.  We have been busier this semester than, I think, we have ever been in our lives, or at least I have been. Maybe David was busier in high school, but then sleeping was irrelevant and now it is prized.  We have worked at work and at home, although, alas, not ON the home; it’s still in its semi-constructed state.  No one’s fault, just the way life has been.  David has had pretty good success with www.subkirke.com  which is the church’s new venture to get folks in the college age range to come.  There are more concerts upcoming too.    Anyway, I’m supposed to be writing school/student evaluations/report cards and this is just me procrastinating, so I’d better post some photos and get on with work.  The photos are, of course, all Jan because who wants to look at us?!

Well shoot.  I only have 1 photo, so if you are looking at this in the next 24 hours or so, that’s all you’ll see.  David has the rest on his computer so he’ll add more at some point. Anyway, it’s Jan on a skatebord/rip stick thinking he is cool.  This is at our friends’ house and it’s their rip stick but it was taken yesterday, so that is exactly what he looks like right now.
