There’s a what in my house?

Where has the time gone?  We just got pregnant a minute ago.  Now we are home with Jan.  I’m so excited!  What on earth have we done?  I’m so excited!  What on…you get the picture.

Let me tell you about some amazing people.

Jeff and Jan showed up just to help us get through the waiting this afternoon, bringing coffee and hot chocolate.

Though we aren’t terribly sentimental people, it was special to bring Jan home in the same outfit that Bax and Kathy brought Wendy home in when she was a newborn.  Wendy’s mom made sure we had that outfit, and it was cute.

We have a beautiful hand-made blanket to keep Jan warm on his trip home, thanks Christina.

When we got home, there were groceries in our fridge and on our table.  Joel and Julie strike again, after bringing us the food we wanted at 10 PM the night Tumnus was born.  You guys are simply the best sort of people I can imagine.

There are more, and I’m sorry to those I’m forgetting.  My head is a bit full of saw-dust at the moment, and I’m going to go to bed and be as quiet as I can, foolishly thinking that will make Jan sleep for four hours or so…

We look at the other house tomorrow morning at 11.  Pray for good decisions.
