House news!

Not the ultimate news yet, but we have some progress on the house we’re trying to buy.  The owner had two mortgages with two companies.  One of those companies has accepted our offer, we’re waiting for the other – they received it on Friday (25th of April) and they promised to reply within 3-5 business days.  They way they move that likely means more like 8 business days, I guess.  But, things are moving forward.
