too busy to write

So as the title says, we have been too busy to write.  However, I will post a link to what I have been doing.   The Trinity Medieval Winter:

These were all taken the first day of the thing, but it gives the idea.  I’m not in any of the photos, I think, except for the tip of my nose (hard to avoid).  Thankfully that whole thing is now done, but now I have to get caught up on everything else I have not been doing in favour of working on that.  I guess we got a bunch of kids out that were previously unknown families so that should be good for the school.  I haven’t gotten paid yet and we don’t even know what we are getting paid (I know, don’t get me started).  So that should be interesting.  But it’s done in any case.  Now I’m sick.

David has been working on preparing for and then attending the annual Calvin Symposium on Worship.  He thinks it went well and I will leave it to him to tell you all about it.

Jan has started working on potty training again and it is only going marginally better than last time.  He’s a pretty stubborn kid.  I can’t think where in the world he would get that.  He is also very into the whole “drama” thing.  I can’t think where he would get that either.  He’s sick too at the moment.  Jan’s friend Benjamin Swartz has reported on their blog that he is nearly completely trained.  Since he is only a month older than Jan, this was the renewed inspiration to take up the old poopy torch once again.

I have no photos  from recently because we’ve just been too busy to take any.  Life should settle down here now for a little bit and then we can get back to some decent reporting.
